Love how the end result but the only negative is that you have to really really scrub with a firm brush to get the old algae to come off I would suggest scrubbing first with water the using this product to help get rid of the stains left behind which it did do.

I have used this during the weekend to clean my concrete patio with power wash. Added it in the power wash tank and not sure if it is the pressure water or this but the concrete looks cleaner then ever. No smell but I can see the foam on the floor and cleans a lot of black spots.

This is an excellent product. The directions ares straightforward and simple. I followed them exactly and had great results on my brick. My concrete statuary needed more than one application because of all the nooks and crannies, but letting the spray sit for an hour or so did the trick. This product didn't seem to do much, although they may be a little lighter. It was easy to use and would probably work better on siding, etc. I don't have any siding to try it on.

I have a lot of wood decking around my house, as well as siding. Living in a very humid climate, mold and mildew is a right of passage for owning a home. This doesn't mean it is wanted or needed. I think it will take several months before i am able to tell its effect completely, but so far I'm satisfied.

First, I rinsed the bricks, then turned the key all the way to the right to spray it. It was a little hard to turn with one hand, but when you spray, you can see the white foam on the wall right away. I waited over an hour and then rinsed again. It didn't smell bad. The wall seems shiny now, but I will check in a month to see if I need to reapply. The spray is simple to use and powerful.

This is a great product, I used it on my deck and siding of my house and I immediately noticed a difference. I will say that I recommend that people leave the product on for longer than the instructions say for maximum impact. This was super easy to use and it is very affordable.

This was easy to hook to hose and use. Definitely follow the directions and let it sit. Best used when sun is not so strong so it doesn't dry out. I used a brush as well. It definitely helped and was less time consuming than just water alone.

I had some mildew on my brick from the winter so I really wanted to get it clean and looking good again. I have flower beds so I was very picky about what cleaner to use because I didn't want it to kill my plants. I really like that this was bleach free so it protected my plants and didn't harm any of my oets. I liked that the sprayer had a long spray of up to 30 feet which meant I wasn't wearing any of the cleaner! It did a good job cleaning my brick.
